Other Activities

In addition to our major events, the Chamber also hosts:

• Quarterly Luncheons with guest speakers on topics surrounding current community issues.  The 2009 Topics were transportation, education, and poultry.  
• Political Forums with question and answer sessions with local and state legislators.  Our 2009 Policies & Pastries Breakfast was a great success.  State Senator Jim Butterworth and State Representative Michael Hardin and Alan Powell answered impromptu questions from local citizens.
• Ribbon Cuttings & Open Houses for new or existing businesses
• Business After Hours upon request for new or existing businesses
