Good Citizen Award

“Charles E. Bradshaw Good Citizen Award” is presented annually to an individual who exemplifies the qualities of a good citizen and who has made a significant contribution to making Franklin County a better place to live and work.  Named in honor of Mr. Charlie Bradshaw, the Good Citizen Award was presented by the Royston-Franklin Springs Chamber of Commerce from 1999-2004.  The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is pleased and honored to carry on this tradition and seeks to present the award at the annual membership banquet.

The 2009 Good Citizen Award was dedicated to the late Mr. Bruce Knighton.
